Robot Cat – The Very First Test Run In Swansea

Completed the test runs for our Robot Cat. We’ll keep you posted. It all happened at Birchgrove Community Centre, Swansea. It was the first time that we had enough floor space to test out our newest robot.

We realised how fast she could move. It was at this point we realised that the radio control was handy, but we could in the future be quite a distance from our machine. It was vital that we did more tests. We had to work on how to slow down the robot and what safety devices we could add to make it safer.
The test run helped a great deal in our plans for the future. We could see the potential of the KATT for the future.
